This is the topic where all issues you may encounter with Full Ace online beta should be reported.

This means that if the program ever crashes, gets stuck, or behaves incorrectly, you should report it here.
Please be clear as whether this is a crash (program closes itself with or without a message), a lockdown (program remains open but everything is stuck), or if it behaves unexpectedly.
Please try to explain the circumstances of the problem as thoroughly as possible, especially describing what happens on both sides of the connection.

Your bug reports will help us reach a stable online version faster.

My problem in the beta and online'.... when I'm going to quit the game crashes with this message:

Thank you for reporting this problem. However, showing this message doesn't help us, as it is the generic message displayed when the game crashes. However, it would be great if you would follow the instructions it gives (sending the mentioned files in an e-mail).

With the update of the beta now online, I have more 'crashes when I close the game, thanks to all

Hello!

After the update yesterday, I can see my opponents on the host list, but when i click on the Button "Join Game", I see my avatar and my opponent and attempting to connect to the server. After 2 or 3 trials, it is then no longer connected to the main server and I can not even make an exhibition game.

The old beta version is still running perfectly.

If you experience that, then maybe automatic port forwarding doesn't work for you and/or your partner. In that case, forcing port 50000 in the settings menu could restore the game working like before.

No, changed it to 50000, but there is still no contact to the Main Server. Hmm...

You're confusing me. I thought you were able to reach the main server. Besides I have no information on the server side showing you tried to connect with port 50000.

A while ago I also had contact with the main server!

So, it's now for about 2 hours no more contact to the main server, either 0 or using port 50000, the old beta version I have contact with the main server.

No idea why this is so.

In the old beta version there was no main server. Does the new version identify you as a registered customer properly ?

Server log shows me you've successfully logged about 5 hours ago. Nothing has changed on the server side since. I am as confused as you are. Besides, I'm leaving tomorrow during a week.

NOW IT WOKRS AGAIN! Turn my Router off and on again, now there isn´t still a problem with the "license-connection". Have now to try if there isn´t any online game issue too.
