Weakness for computer player on backhand side

Postby yowie63 » Sat Feb 12, 2011 5:21 am

Hi ,
I had seen a post regarding this a while back but I forgot where I saw It.

The issue is the weakness of the computer player on the backhand side. It detracts from the game and would be great to see this fixed.

It would bring the game closer to perfection for sure.

has anyone else encountered this issue.

Yes. I believe it was I.

I stated that the serve on the backhand side on a person who plays right-handed is weak only when returning serve.

If you serve on the duece side of the court, and aim for the center service line, you will get an ace all the time.

All lefty players can return all types of serves pretty good. Yet, the trick to them are slice serves on the ad court (down the center service line) and on the deuce court out wide.

I have noticed the serve problem you speak about. The issue relates more to normal play.

If you do a shot anywhere down the backhand side of the computer player you have a very good chance of him not even going for the ball.
