Adding Custom Sponsors etc...

About adding custom courts, I can get my courts in game no problem with that but how do I go about adding custom sponsors, stadiums, etc... into the game? Do I just use the given examples of the default courts? Also I noticed the sponsor at the bottom of texture files sponsor_4-3_3 what is that for?
