entered my code and i get this message just bought yesterday
i get the email to download full version but I have no way to re-enter my code ?
please help
do not run a firewall
only show folders models ,sounds and data when i unzip file

Please remove file licence.dat in the game folder and in your user's Application Data folder and try to re-enter it.

user's Application Data folder where do i find this folder like i said I only show
folders models ,sounds and data

this is all i see when i unzip
see attached file

For the Application Data folder, unless you have moved it elsewhere, it will normally be under:

C:\Users\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data

where <username> is whatever the name of the user you are logged onto windows as ..
(This is on a Windows 7 machine, but it should be similar on earlier versions)

After a reinstall of windows 7 I got the full version to WORK

No problem, I'm a 'bit' (understatement..) of an IT geek.
Full reinstall of windows sounds a bit drastic tho, at least it doesn't take as long as the older versions , especially if you install from a USB stick to a SSD (then it really flies!)

Hi, I'm having this same problem. I just can't activate the game on my laptop.

I bought the game a couple of years ago.

Please help me. Thank you.

PS: I already tried deleting the license.dat file from every possible folder, but it just won't do anything.

If you don't get a screen at startup asking you to enter your license number, then there is a licence.dat remaining somewhere.
If you do get a screen, enter your license number carefully and it should work.

You were right. There was still a licence.dat file fooling around somewhere.
