How to create a new player for career mode? Since player editor?
you can put any skill points the player again or has any limit? if it has no limits which are the recommended skill points to start a race from 0 and you improve your skills winning games?

Yes, the only way to create a new player is inside the player editor. You may then use it for your career.
There are no limits for skill points. With a new player, you will begin your career in very small tournaments, and therefore, I think your skills should be somewhat reduced (around 60-70). But it really depends on your abilities and what you expect from the game.
