The Full Ace Tennis warm-up tournament will begin on Monday, December 13th. When the draw is generated on Sunday evening, you will receive an email announcing it's start, along with a link to the draw. The deadlines will be displayed at the top of the draw.

The tournament will be the best of three sets; six games per set.

Since this is a warm-up tournament (not an official ATP event) we are allowing entrants to play with the demo-version of the game. Since the demo version allows you to play only one set, those with the demo will have to play two (or three) separate sets. The first to win two sets will advance.

The official Full Ace Tennis ITST tour will begin with the first ATP event on January 3rd (Qatar ExxonMobil Open). At this time, only people who have purchased the full version of the game will be able to enter tournaments. You can register for this tournament (at the ITST site) beginning Monday, December 20th.

If you have any questions/concerns, drop me a line at fhlnews@yahoo.com, or stop by the ITST Full Ace Tennis forum.

Forgot to mention: When the draw is released - and you know your opponent - contact him/her using the ITST PM system. The host of the tournament can read entrant-to-entrant PM's, thus will be able to make an informed decision (walkover, etc) should the match not played by the listed deadline.

Good luck to all who have entered.

Cro,

Do you think it is best to mention that matches are scheduled based on CET timing? At least, that is the understanding for ITST participants in the draw.

CET timing is located below (very reliable and helpful):
http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time-z ... pean-time/

Members here use UTC; but, ITST mostly uses CET timing for match arrangements. It's nice to have everyone on the same page in this regard.

I have one stupid quiestion: if I have demo version of FullAce, does it mean that I can't change the number of sets in the match and only have to play 1-set matches?

If I'll be playing in ITST FullAce-tour with demo version, and my opponent will also have demo version, do we have to play 2 or 3 matches with 1 set each to define a winner (each 1-set match will be equal to a set of "best of three" match)?

We only allowed people with the demo to play on ITST for the first warm-up tournament. From the beginning of this year we are only allowing people with the full game to play the tour. This way all of our members can play best of three matches and play on the designated court.

Im sorry Skotina, you'll have to decide if you want to buy the game first before entering the ITST tour.

While the final of the australian open is still up to come, the next tournament already starts. And what's best: The number of participants grows and grows.

I hope in Roland Garros we'll jump over the 32-players hurdle.

Oh. Nice. Thanks. I suggest that an HTML coding for automatic updates on tournament events be written on this forum and the main website for players to view. That would be nice!
