This is the program I have been waiting for.
Questions:

1) If I create characters for my friends of yesteryears,
Can I enter them in tournaments (with myself)
2) Can I determine the seedings for the 16 of us?
(or does computer seed based on ratings?)
3) I would play my match and the others advance by computer?
(results only)

Hello

1) You can enter any character in a tournament.
2) In tournament mode, seedings are currently based on the order of players in the database.
3) Games involving CPU players are simulated.

for the game database appears to be dead.
Can somebody help me with that
