Player Development

Ok maybe its silly question but i was googling and didnt get any answer.
ive played about 30 weeks of career and i cant see any "player growth"
So is this feature present in full ace or not or maybe it takes more time to appear

It is the next planned new feature for the game.

well its been 2 months since you replied me ....can you tell us how long from now apprx. will it take ? im so impatietent to make slovak player best player and world nr 1
